Mobile Banking App Upgrade!

On April 20th, we are excited to announce the upgrade of our Grandview Bank mobile application. This upgrade provides you with the same features that you love today, but in a modern, updated design. Some of the new features include:

  • Improved user experience & interface

  • Ability to reveal a typed passcode on the login screen

  • multifactor authentication that matches online banking

  • Fixed recurring transfers for mobile

  • New Dynamic/Editable fields for transaction details

  • Face ID for Android devices

  • Custom greeting personalized to you

If you are an iPhone user, no action is required because your application will automatically update to the new version.

If you are an Android user, you will need to download the new version of the app from the Google PlayStore. If you access the old app on or after April 20th, you may see an error message.

Online Banking

Online Banking from Grandview Bank gives you fast, simple and convenient control over your money.  Online banking is free and includes:

  • Real-time Balances – View your personal account and loan balances

Bill Payment

After enrolling in on-line banking, you will have the option to add the bill pay feature which allows you to pay recurring, occasional, and one-time bills from your computer 24 hours a day.

Avoid potential late fees and penalties from your biller with our new expedited payments options!

Same Day Bill Pay- Schedule a payment to be delivered the same day for an additional fee of $10.95

Overnight Bill Pay- Schedule a payment to be delivered overnight via UPS for an additional fee of $16.95

*Expedited Payments is a premium service offered to Grandview Bank Online Banking with Bill Pay clients.


An e-Statement is the same thing as a paper statement except it is available on-line.  When the statement is ready, an e-mail is sent notifying you that your e-Statement is available through your Grandview Bank online banking account.

E-Statement delivery allows you to receive your account information quickly and securely.  Your statements are available on-line for 24 months.  However, you can save your statements on your computer for long-time access.  This convenient delivery method expedites statement delivery, eliminates the hassle of storing any paper statements, and provides you with a convenient, secure storage system.  It also helps the environment by reducing paper usage.  (Go green!) No additional fees apply.

To enroll in e-Statements, follow these simple steps:

  • Log on to your on-line banking account.
  • Go to the User Services Tab
  • Select Manage Account(s)
  • Click on Account Statements and follow the instructions provided.

Text Banking

Quickly receive your account information by text message. No sign-in is necessary. Text banking is a service that allows you to quickly request and receive account information by text message. You won't need to sign in and it's just as secure as our other mobile banking services. There are no fees for this service. (*Check with your mobile carrier, text messaging and web access charges may apply)

Mobile Website from your Mobile Browser

Our Mobile website allows you to access your account information and make transactions from your phone's web browser.

With Grandview Bank mobile banking you can:

  • Pay Bills
  • Transfer Funds
  • View Detailed Account Activity
  • View Balance Information

Mobile Deposit

You can deposit checks directly to your checking or savings account right from your smartphone or tablet using your mobile banking app.

Open the Mobile App

  • Sign into your account
  • Click "MORE"
  • Choose "Check Deposits"
  • "Deposit a Check"
  • Choose which account you'd like to deposit your check into, and enter the amount of the check.
  • Take a picture of the front and back of your properly endorsed check, including your signature and account number.
  • Submit your check after you have verified all the information is correct, click "Submit".

*You will be charged internet access rates depending on your carrier.  Web access is needed to use mobile banking.  Check with your service provider for details on specific fees and charges.
